Luisa guides the integrity of our operations and helps navigate the latest laws and regulations. She also leads recruiting strategy to build our team of drivers. Luisa brings expertise in data analysis, risk management, and strategy from her past experience managing contract compliance and operations for various security companies. Her work was recognized by NJBIZ in 2006, where she was named one of the top Women in Security. Luisa earned her master’s degree from Rutgers University and her bachelor’s degree from Caldwell University. She enjoys game nights with family and friends, reading, traveling, and volunteering at her local animal shelter.
