Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use do not apply to any Third-Party Services, and We do not operate, control, or maintain Third-Party Services. We are not liable for Third-Party Services or for any agreement You may enter into with them, even if they are accessible on Our Site. However, if You’d like Us to respond to Your request for more information or services, we’ll need Personal Information to fulfill Your request. If You do not provide Personal Information when requested, You may not be able to use Our services if that information is necessary to provide You with the service or if We are legally required to collect it. If You disclose any Personal Information relating to other people to Us in connection with services, You represent that You have authority to do so and permit Us to use the information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.
