Jorge’s experience with driving started when he was 17 years old, working as a valet. That’s where he first developed his comfort behind the wheel, driving all types of vehicles, including luxury cars. That early exposure built confidence and gave him knowledge of different vehicles, tight spaces, and storage optimization, which eventually turned into skill and a long-term career.

More than a Professional CDL Driver, A Representation
Jorge’s day starts by arriving early at our headquarters in Piscataway, New Jersey. All of our professional CDL drivers check in with local dispatch to review their assigned routes, pickup times, and any final requests from clients. Whether he’s heading into New York, Pennsylvania, or Connecticut, every route is planned with precision before the engine even turns on. Most days are straightforward, but adapting to changes in traffic and weather is essential.
While a CDL driver is on the road, they are never alone in the process. Our team maintains consistent check-ins and visibility throughout each route. Clients can reach out to their customer care representative and track their shipment online at any time using their customer order. We leave no room for error, because logistics is not just about driving, it’s about clear communication.
Everything reflects the level of service we provide, from how freight is handled to how our team presents themselves. Our CDL drivers are the face of the company every time they arrive on-site. That’s why all drivers are required to follow our company uniform policy, designed to maintain a clean, professional, and unified appearance across every job. He knows major and secondary routes across the East Coast, along with bridge names, toll costs, and traffic patterns. Inside our trucks, everything is built for long hours on the road. Each vehicle is equipped with the latest technology to assist with navigation and communication, along with spacious cabins.
Once a delivery is complete, Jorge heads back to the facility. If he is still within his available hours, he can choose to take on another route. Otherwise, back at the warehouse, he assists with operations by helping organize freight and support overall workflow. That versatility is part of what makes experienced drivers so valuable. They understand the full operation, not just the road, but everything around it.
While we specialize in transportation, our 50,000 square foot warehouse supports cross-docking and staging, allowing freight to move quickly and efficiently.
